The NEK 700 series is the tool the authorities refer to as the foundation for planning and implementing cabling installations for ICT in all types of buildings.
It is also the tool the industry should use to ensure that minimum requirements for quality, reliability, and uptime are met in all parts of the infrastructure for information technology and communication systems.
About Kaare Jørgen Holmefjord
Kaare holds a Master’s degree in engineering from NTNU and works as the Technical Director at Holmefjord AS. Kaare has extensive experience in the industry and is a member of the NK-215 committee, which is responsible for the NEK 700 series in Norway.
